KRN Games (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile game Farmelio.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Farmelio, why it is used, and how it is handled.
Farmelio may process limited information necessary for game functionality.
Game progress, settings, inventory, level, coins, and similar gameplay data may be stored locally on your device.
If online chat features are enabled, Farmelio may process information such as your in-game username, chat messages, guild or room information, timestamps, and online presence status.
We do not require users to provide their real name, physical address, phone number, or payment card information directly to Farmelio.
Information is used to provide game functionality, save gameplay progress, enable online chat features, display online status, prevent abuse, and moderate inappropriate chat content.
Some gameplay information is stored locally on the user's device.
Removing the application or clearing application data may permanently delete locally stored game progress.
Farmelio may use Supabase to provide online chat and presence functionality.
When online chat is used, information such as usernames, chat messages, timestamps, chat rooms, guild information, and online presence may be transmitted to and stored through Supabase services.
Supabase processes information according to its own privacy and security practices.
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may only be shared with service providers necessary to operate Farmelio, such as backend hosting or database providers used for online features.
Farmelio may use automated profanity filtering and administrator moderation tools to help maintain a safer chat environment.
Messages that violate game rules may be removed or moderated.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information used by Farmelio. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Farmelio does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through Farmelio, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Farmelio features, services, or legal requirements change.
